Technology Quick Tip: How to Manage Subscriptions in iOS 13

Back in July, I wrote a how to tutorial on how to manage and cancel subscriptions on your iPad and iPhone.  Since the the iOS 13 update there have been some changes.  Therefore, I wanted to come in and update you on these changes.

1. Go to settings.
2. Go to iTunes and App store.
3. Tap on Apple ID.
4. Tap on view Apple ID.  
5. Go to subscriptions.
6. Tap on the subscription you wish to mange or cancel.
7. Tap done when you are finished.

To Clear Your Search History

• Go to Your Account
• Tap on Settings
• Tap on clear search history
• A dialog box will open asking if you want to clear search history.  This will clear your search history on all of your devices.
• Tap on clear search history.

To clear watch historyGo to your account

• Go to settings
• Tap on clear watch history.  This will clear watch history on all of your devices including stories.
• Tap on clear watch history.

Do you have a subscription you want to manage or cancel?  Or maybe you have a subscription you wanted to cancel but don't know how, but was charged for it? You can do so from your phone or iPad without logging into the computer.

1. Go to settings
2. Tap on your Apple ID.
3. Go to iTunes and App store.
4. Tap on your Apple ID.
5. Tap on view Apple ID.
6. Go to subscriptions.  
7. You will see a list of your subscriptions. Tap on the subscription you want to manage or cancel.
